Audits & Reviews

Undertaking an audit or review will enable your organisation to establish it’s current position on diversity or a related issue such as management development, organisational culture, appraisal or work-life balance. The results of the reviews we have undertaken have enabled clients to:

  • Position diversity in relation to core business issues
  • Establish current good practice
  • Identify key areas for improvement
  • Highlight prospective opportunities and threats to future progress
  • Understand the views and perceptions of staff and/or clients
  • Set appropriate goals
  • Provide the necessary information to put an appropriate action plan in place

The approach to each review is tailored to individual client needs and circumstances. The key elements tend to include:

  • Assessment of all relevant policies, strategies and procedures
  • Interviews and/or focus groups with staff representatives drawn from across the organisation
  • Interviews and/or focus groups with supplier and/or client representatives where appropriate
  • An Employee Survey where appropriate

We work closely with our clients to help ensure communication and confidentiality issues with staff and customers/clients are dealt with thoroughly in preparing for and undertaking the review.
